How we handle your data
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company, title), card details you publish (display name, phone, website, bio), and contact captures submitted by visitors to your cards. We also collect usage data such as page views, share clicks, and device information to improve the platform.
How we use your information
Your data is used to: operate your digital business cards and workspace, process contact captures and route them to your account, run AI enrichment on captured contacts (with your chosen provider), generate analytics on card performance, send transactional emails (welcome, support replies, billing), and improve platform features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Information sharing
Public card pages display only the information you explicitly publish (name, title, company, contact details, bio). Captured contact data is visible only to the card owner. We share data with: AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) only when you configure enrichment; payment processors (Stripe) for billing; email services (SMTP) for notifications. No data is shared for advertising purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for: session management (login state), language preference (locale cookie), and cookie consent acknowledgment. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are collected server-side through interaction logs, not browser tracking scripts.
AI data processing
When AI enrichment is enabled, captured contact data (name, company, email, meeting context) is sent to your selected AI provider for analysis. AI-generated insights (summaries, next actions, conversation starters) are stored in your workspace. You can disable AI enrichment at any time from Settings. The heuristic fallback processes data locally without external API calls.
Your rights
You can: access all your data through the workspace dashboard, delete individual contacts or your entire account, export contact data (coming soon), change your AI provider or disable enrichment, update or unpublish any card at any time.
